We will not enter into a contract with you if:

- You are under 18

- You are under the suspected influence of drugs or alcohol

- You cannot provide a minimum of 100 points of identification

100 Points of Identification

At least one of the documents used to verify a person’s identity: 

1. Must bear the current residential address of the person. 

2. Must have been issued within 3 months prior to the date of the contract. 

3. Requires customer’s full name, including middle names. 

4. Must bear a signature of customer or confirm contract signature.

Australia Driver’s License with photo 75 points

Utilities Bill (with current address) 25 points

Australian Passport (current within 2 years) 75 points

International Passport (current within 2 years) 75 points

Medicare or Medibank Card 25 points

Other Identification at Staff discretion*

Our process

a. Collect 100 points of ID at time of contract

b. Fill in contract document

c. By law we are required to hold your goods for 14 days for police clearance.

a. During the 14 days our Assessor will review and provide a purchase cost

b. Should you agree, we will complete the contract and bank transfer your funds at the end of the 14 day period.

c. Should you not wish to continue with the sale your goods will be ready for collection. 

Any goods not collected within 6 months will be recycled.
